This is the first time I've tried to use the File Transfer Manager through the ISA firewall and I just can't seem to get the download to start (times out after 5 retries). I'm connected via a 4 MB fixed line and the initial transfer rate is around 200 KB/Sec, but after few minutes, this keeps falling until it reaches a level around 20-30 KB/Sec.
